The company runs many kinds of tours and works with several transport partners. Bookings were not supposed to end up as empty enquiries, meaning ones where nobody had verified the customer's contact details.
We built booking with real date availability, pricing calculated per person and per group, a mandatory phone number and email, and automatic confirmations and cancellations. The owner manages prices, open dates and promo codes from the panel, without a developer. The site works in Polish and English and takes real bookings.
