Privacy policy
What data we collect on this website, why, and who has access to it.
Data controller
The data controller is All In Works. For anything about your personal data, write to allinworks.eu@gmail.com.
On what basis
We answer your enquiry and prepare a quote at your request. We keep visit statistics in our legitimate interest: we want to know whether the site works and is being read.
Project brief
If you send the brief, we store what you enter: business name, description of the business, goals and notes about the site, the contact person's name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, the add-ons you chose, the form's language and currency, and the calculated total. We use this to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The submission goes into our database, and we send a confirmation e-mail to you and a notification to ourselves. We do not store your IP address in our database. Providing this information is voluntary, but without your name and e-mail address we cannot reply to your enquiry.
E-mail messages
When you write to allinworks.eu@gmail.com, we use your address and the content of your message only to reply and to continue the conversation.
Visit statistics
We use Vercel Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without a persistent user identifier. Vercel processes technical data about the visit, such as approximate location, device and browser type, and the page you came from.
Cookies
The site sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language and lasts one year. While you fill in the brief, we also keep your answers in the browser’s session storage, only on your device and until you close the tab; they reach us only when you click “Send the brief”. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not show a consent banner.
Who processes data on our behalf
To run the site we use Vercel (hosting and statistics), Neon (database) and Google (Gmail). Our database is hosted in a data centre in the European Union (Frankfurt). Vercel, Neon and Google are companies based in the USA, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area; the terms on which they do so are described in their own privacy policies. As with any hosting, Vercel processes visitors’ IP addresses in technical server logs.
How long we keep data
We delete submissions and correspondence that did not lead to cooperation 6 months after the last contact. For clients we have worked with, we keep data for the duration of the cooperation and the limitation period for claims; accounting documents are kept for as long as the law requires. We delete data earlier at your request, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Write to allinworks.eu@gmail.com. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), and in Norway the Datatilsynet.
